Katie began her career in residential real estate with Windermere, realizing a lifelong dream to work within an industry that she is passionate about. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Katie finds great satisfaction in the hunt - finding the perfect home for clients, and leveraging Windermere’s extensive resources to create compelling offers on both the listing and buying sides. Her ability to think outside the box and facilitate unconventional work arounds for challenging circumstances makes her a prime asset to her clients. 

Having resided in both Seattle proper and the Eastside herself, Katie has firsthand experience living both lifestyles, and a deep understanding of schools, neighborhoods, and the communities that surround them.

Katie believes strong relationships are at the core of everything we do in life, and the pillars of trust, honesty and communication make up the heart of every relationship. She prides herself in upholding these values personally and professionally, and does so always with her clients’ best interests at the forefront of everything she does. 

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communication and has a background in corporate marketing within the technology industry. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, and in her free time enjoys boating, paddleboarding and snow skiing.
